Due to the nature of the products, once sold refunds will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, you may cancel them before they have been shipped out.

In the event there are mistakes in the product listing (e.g. wrong pricing or typographical error), an error in pricing information, any error in product description, or through any official platforms (e.g. Telegram) — ALT ART Pte Ltd has the rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
