Hi, I’m Alt Art and I've been a fan of Pokemon for as long as I can remember.

I remember staying up past my bedtime, hiding with my Gameboy color and backlight, catching and battling Pokemon and filling up my Pokedex.

Today, my passion for collecting Pokemon hasn't stopped. But instead of in the video games, I collect Pokemon cards now.

Honestly, I get it: buying Pokémon cards online can be a nightmare. Everyone is looking for cheap Pokémon cards, but the market is full of people ready to run a quick PO scam or sell you a resealed or filtered packs.

The stress of finding a reliable seller ruins the fun!

And that's why I decided to start Alt Art. As a small independent seller, I don't have the best prices like the big box stores but I try my best to secure stock at the best prices. My sources are reliable and every item I offer is guaranteed authentic.

If I wouldn't add it to my own collection, I won't sell it to you.

I got back into collecting around 2023, when the 151 set just came out, and I've been trading and collecting for the love of the game.

I know you may not find the best prices here sometimes, but here's my MO:

I don't change prices based on market. I practice cost-based pricing, meaning I only charge based on my cost plus additional fees and commissions even if the product's market price skyrockets.

I also try to look for ways to average down my cost price so I can lower the price as much as possible.
